A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Clients are permitted one rescheduling using the same deposit, if one has been paid, provided that proper notice is given.

***It is important to note that all deposits are non-refundable; therefore, we encourage you to plan accordingly, as your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in an immediate ban from booking future services, and the full cost of the service will be charged. absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS, as this is now a lost appointment dedicated to your services, that we can no longer book.
